SALES EXECUTIVE (code : SE)
Requirement :

* Bachelor degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering form from reputable local/international university
* Male/Female, max. 27 year old, with good appearance
* Min. 3 years working experience in the position
* Have own vehicle (car)
* Good in English both oral written and spoken is a MUST
* Have In depth understanding in oil & gas retail business and shipping, would be advantage
* Good leadership
* Good interpersonal, communication and relations skills
* Strong skill in planning & analyzing
* Good negotiation skill
* Good monitoring, controlling and decision making
* Hard working and initiative
* Good working attitude and character
* Keen on a new challenges
* Stationed in Kalibaru, Tanjung Priok

Building Manager

Requirements :

• Pria
• Usia maksimal 40 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal S1 (Civil/ Architect/ Mechanical/ Electrical)
• Dapat mengoperasikan komputer ( MS Office ) dan internet
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Building Manager di Apartment atau Gedung Perkantoran
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, Service Oriented, mampu berkomunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan
• Memiliki kemampuan memimpin (Leadership skill).
• Mampu memberikan motivasi yang baik (Motivator)
• Menguasai gedung secara seutuhnya, antara lain:
o Electrical System (MVMDP, LVMDP) and panel system,
o Generating - set System (Mechanical and Electrical),
o Building monitoring and automation system (BMS & BAS),
o HVAC System (Chiller water cool and air cool system, AHU, FCU, Split AC, WCP, Ventilating System fresh & exhaust system, etc)
o Sewage Treatment Plant(STP) & Water Treatment Plant System(WTP)
o Master Aerial TV(MATV) and Close Circuit TV(CCTV)
o PABX, Telephone and Sound System,
o Hot Water & Steam Boiler System,
o Plumbing and pump System,
o Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System (Fire Management)
o Building Transportation system (Elevator & Escalator)
